We just relocated to Devon, and while unpacking a ton of boxes, I stumbled upon my Jarre Industries Aerosystem. Excited to jam out, I realized I couldn’t find the original 30 pin dock to hook up my iPhone. Feeling pretty frustrated, I mentioned it to my wife, and she recommended the Layen I-Dock. After checking it out myself, we decided to go for it based on the glowing reviews. A few days later, the Layen I-Dock showed up. I unboxed it from its tidy packaging and got to work with my Aerosystem. Following the manual, I connected my iPhone through Bluetooth. What a treat! I could control my tunes from the kitchen, lounge, hallway, and even upstairs in the bedrooms. No drop in sound quality, just pure convenience. Big thanks to Layen for this fantastic product that doesn’t break the bank, and to Dawn for the stellar customer service.

I recently picked up a Layen I-Dock Bluetooth adapter for my speaker, allowing me to use it with my iPhone. Setting it up was a breeze, and I was good to go in just about a minute! I got this adapter for my sister to use at her vacation spot overseas, but sadly it didn’t function right. I was beyond the return period on Amazon, but I reached out to the company directly. After some amazing customer support, they sent me a replacement that works like a charm. Now we can use a fantastic Bose speaker (originally for an iPod) that would’ve been useless otherwise. Awesome product and top-notch service!

Fantastic and speedy service. Great communication as well. I rate it 5 stars for really standing out in a crowded market. I purchased the aux Bluetooth adapter to upgrade my Bowers and Wilkins zeppelin into a modern wireless device since it would be tough to use down the line as it required the discontinued apple iPod to enjoy my tunes. It connected with my iPod right away, can’t ask for anything better.

I had a top-notch Bose speaker that stopped connecting to my APPLE phone. I felt pretty bummed! But then Layen saved the day, and now I can stream all my tunes via Bluetooth. Like a few other buyers, my first item didn’t work after the first go. I reached out to Layen, and a representative named Dawn got in touch with me. In less than a week, I received a replacement I-Dock that’s functioning perfectly. The product is solid, the support I got was impressive, and Dawn even checked in to ensure the new one was working and that I was satisfied. My old 30 pin speakers are jamming again with tunes from my I-Pod Touch, couldn’t be happier!

The i-DOCK Bluetooth Music Receiver is performing great up to this point, and as shown by other feedback here, Layen's support is top-notch. Like a fool, I only spotted the Apply button next to the Discount Code field *after* hitting Pay Now. I shot a reply to the confirmation email asking for assistance, and the discount was credited back to my card the very next day. Highly recommended.

I purchased this for my Bose SoundDock Portable Digital Music System. It showed up super fast, fit perfectly, and started working right off the bat. It's really easy to operate. Just plug it in, locate it on your device, and you’re good to go with the tunes.

One tiny thing to note is that the blue light keeps blinking even when the Bose is in standby mode. Not a big deal unless your Dock is in the bedroom.

Fantastic items at an amazing price!! Just grabbed another used Bose Soundock (£20!!!) for the garage along with a Layen BT-Auxadaptor. Got it all set up in no time... Had a little hiccup with my Layen I-Sync the other day, shot an email to Layen (they're based in the UK👍) over the weekend and got a reply bright and early on Monday. Dawn gave me some solid advice, and the problem was fixed (turns out it was user error, haha😏)

Outstanding support from the team! I’ve got this really old Bose speaker that only plays nice with my equally vintage I-pod. I was a bit doubtful about how the Layen I Dock would perform, but after a few hiccups, it’s all good now. The guidance from the company was top-notch. I stuck to their steps, and now my speaker system is working like a charm.
